Important Notes & VISA Information
All new applicants should complete a form 1A for Individuals or 2A for Company's and Organisations.
Please do not choose the Organisation option above if you are part of a delegation from an invention association or club.
The fee for each entrant/participant starts from £968.00 + 15% for a corner position for each 2x2 Mt stand.
Minimum 2x2 = 4 Sq. Mts. @ £968.00
Stand Space - £242 per Sq. Mt.
Inc. Shell scheme, carpet, lighting, fascia, name board, entry into show guide, press release, web site, 1 ticket to the dinner awards and one entry into the awards per 4 Sq. Mt. International visitors may wish to add a table and chair, please add a request in the note box provided in the form and we will include this to your invoice (hire £45).

VISAS - INVITATIONS
Invitations will be sent out by email and express registered airmail to you and the British Embassy in the relevant country once the booking and payment process have been completed. Should you be unsuccessful a 75% credit will be carried forward to the following year.
Extra Exhibit on existing stand - Form 1B
The name of the inventor for the first (form 1A) and second (form 1B) invention/innovation must be the same. The rate listed on 1B (shown below) is not available for group bookings and only available to inventors who are showing their own 2nd invention and wish to add the extra invention and the extra 1x2 space to their existing 2x2 (or larger) stand booking making a 3x2.

Same named inventor/extra exhibit fee - £484 includes additional 1 Mt wide x 2 Mts deep stand space added to your 2x2 booking, award entry, entry into show guide, press release and web-site. Please Note:Extra exhibits on existing stands are only available to inventors who already have a stand and wish to show a second invention in the same name.
Extra Award category - £55
British Invention of the Year Awards exhibitors dinner ticket - £45 exhibitors and guests or £90 visitors and non-exhibitors.
Awards Dinner Friday 17th October 7pm - Additional tickets are subject to availability.
