Notes for Exhibitors
All applicants should complete one form 1A for each Innovation, Invention, Company, Organisation, Club, or Design application. The fee for each named entrant or exhibit is £1,293 and includes 2x2 m. of stand space and shell scheme (+ 15% if a corner position is required).
Form 1A - Single and group bookings.
Stand Space: Including Shell Scheme per entry £1,293 (Minimum 2 x 2 m) @ £323.25 per Sq. m.
Includes: Shell scheme (walls), carpet, lighting, fascia, name board, entry into show guide, press release, 1 ticket to the Dinner Awards - National Dress or Black Tie and one category entry into the World Invention Awards.
Extra Award category £55.
International visitors may wish to add a table and chair, please tick the box provided in the application form, hire £55.
For extra exhibits on an existing stand please complete one form 1A for each entry. The new stand size will be increased and added to your earlier booking.
50% deposit is payable at the time of booking, balance payable 12 weeks prior to the event commencing.

(Minimum 4 x 5 m)@ £289.25 per Sq.m.
Form 1A also includes awards entry, extra dinner tickets, dietary requirements and advertising options.
Extra Exhibitors Dinner Awards Tickets.
British Invention of the Year Awards exhibitors dinner ticket, Friday 15th October 7pm, tickets £65 exhibitors and their guests, £95 non-exhibitors. Table for 10 £850 .
Additional tickets are subject to availability.

Invitations
Invitations will be sent out by email and express registered airmail to you and the British Embassy in the relevant country once the booking and payment process has been completed. Should you be unsuccessful a 70% credit will be carried forward to the following year.
