Notes for Exhibitors
All applicants should complete one form 1A for each Company, Organisation, Club, Invention, Innovation or Design application. The fee for each entrant is £1,200 for each 2x2 Mt. minimum stand @ £1,200 (+ 15% if a corner position is required).
Form 1A - Single and group bookings.
Stand Space only @ £266 per Sq. Mt.
Stand Space Including Shell Scheme @ £300 per Sq. Mt.,
Includes: Shell scheme, carpet, lighting, fascia, name board, entry into show guide, press release, 1 ticket to the Dinner Awards - National Dress or Black Tie, one category entry into the awards and 10 free entry tickets per 4 Sq. Mt. Extra Award category £55. International visitors may wish to add a table and chair, please add a request in the note box provided in the application form and we will add these items to your invoice, hire £55. Form 1A also includes awards entry, extra dinner tickets, dietary requirements and advertising options. For extra exhibits on an existing stand please complete one form 1A for each entry. The new stand size booked will be increased and added to the earlier booking.
Exhibitors Dinner Awards Tickets
British Invention of the Year Awards exhibitors dinner ticket, Friday 16th October 7pm, tickets £65 exhibitors and their guests, £85 non-exhibitors. Table for 10 £850 .
Additional tickets are subject to availability..
National Dress or Black Tie.

Invitations
Invitations will be sent out by email and express registered airmail to you and the British Embassy in the relevant country once the booking and payment process has been completed. Should you be unsuccessful a 70% credit will be carried forward to the following year.
